「Really recommend! Valeria is super helpful and respondent!」

「great breakfast service and food. Excellent location to nearby attractions.」

「good location and good service attitude. staff is very helpful」

「Apart from the great view during breakfast and the warm, enthusiastic front desk staff, this guesthouse is utterly disappointing and highly not recommended. I have never been to a place that doesn't offer eggs for breakfast. The only food available was unpalatable cakes, very hard bread, chopped tomatoes, sliced cucumber, and some peaches that were nearly rotten. The soundproofing in the rooms is terrible. You can clearly hear someone sneezing in the room on the floor below, and at around 2:00...

「Our host Paolo was extremely helpful from before we arrived to even after we left. An invaluable local contact on top of a wonderful, clean room with an amazing balcony where you can have breakfast and coffee. The cleaner Giovanna also cleaned our room everyday. The room is well isolated from the noise outside but sometimes a little noisy in the morning for noise from the breakfast area but this is only a problem for light sleepers. Overall an amazing stay and we will be back!」

「パレルモ大聖堂の目の前の路地にあるため、観光客向けのお店（ショップや飲食店）も近くに多く、観光にはもってこいの立地でした。スタッフもフレンドリーで、とても良かったです。」

「Great location!」

「The online website does not state that the property is two flights of stairs up. Not convenient with anyone that has mobility issues. The rooms were nice, with good bathrooms.」

「In addition to the very convenient location, the room is very clean. The breakfast is excellent. Staff are very warm and give very useful recommendations.」

「Clean, good air conditioning, well maintained. Very good value for money. Coffee machine in the bedroom much appreciate. Could leave my luggage at the place.」

This is truly a five-star boutique hotel where elegance, comfort, history, and exceptional hospitality come together beautifully. Our room was elegant, beautifully appointed, and equipped with every comfort. We especially loved the thoughtful details, including excellent coffee and tea and beautifully decorated Sicilian cookies—a lovely personal touch. The exclusive lounge and dining area, with access to the...

「Beautiful and clean room with everything you need (espresso machines, cooking utensils). Clear checkin instruction and communication from the host. A bit noisy as it’s on the main street but easily solved with earplugs. 」

「Fantastic location for restaurants and tourism! This place has a lot of space and was very clean. If we travel to Palermo this is where we want to stay.」
