「Das Alma Hotel war fantastisch! Die MitarbeiterInnen sind ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir haben selten so nettes und engagiertes Personal gesehen! Am letzten Tag haben wir sogar ein kleines Frühstück zum Mitnehmen bekommen. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und es gibt täglich kostenlose Wasserflaschen. Die Lage ist optimal, die Altstadt und diverse Restaurants sind direkt um die Ecke. Das Alma Hotel können wir voll und ganz empfehlen – jedes Detail zeugt von echter Liebe...

「Lovely old building which has been modernised well. In the most incredible location and walking distance to most of the main must do sites. Huge choice of restaurants and bars very close by. Buzzy, fun area. As a person who needs natural daylight I found our studio room a little gloomy but we spent so little time there during the day it really didn't matter too much. Gianlucca the property manager was an absolute superstar and couldn't have been more accommodating. Palermo is the most wonderful...

「Loved the hostel. The staff were really friendly and supportive. There were loads of activities that brought people together so it would be easy to meet other travelers. I particulary wanted to find the flea market and they were helpful and gave me directions. The room was clean and comfortable and the location is excellent. I went for walks in the morning along the harbour. 」

「A beautiful building in a great location. Toms were a big on the small side but for a short stay they were more than adequate. Breakfast was a small but tasty selection of breads and pastries with piping hot tea and coffee. I’d definitely stay here again if back in Palermo. The only thing missing in the room was a couple more sockets.」

「Fint rum och men lite liten balkong att sitta på 😁 räckte till 1 person men det va ok ändå. Det stod att det fanns frukost men det såg vi ingen stans. Jätte trevligt och hjälpsam personal som gjorde allt för oss. Vi önskar dem lycka till med hotellet i fortsättningen. 」

「Die Unterkunft war nah an der Innenstadt aber gleichzeitig weit genug weg um leise zu seine. Unsere Gastgeberin haben wir zwar nie gesehen aber die Kommunikation via WhatsApp war super! Unser Zimmer war schön und das Bett sehr bequem. Wir können die Unterkunft definitiv weiter empfehlen und wenn wir wieder mal in Palermo sind, wird sie sicherlich wieder angefragt.」

「very clean room, right in the middle of the activity on a busy street with lots of restaurants but room was quiet from that noise. we did hear the people above us they were quite loud. never saw anyone at the desk. wifi didn't work the first 4.5 days but at least tv did have English channels. very dark in the hallway unless you know to turn on the light switch in the hall. it will auto turn off after a few minutes. also, entrance is just off the main Street there is a little walkway...
