We arrived before the check in time and were offered a coffee and water upon arriving. Our room was ready an we were allowed to go in before the check in time! We were not expecting that at all but it felt so caring, since we had been traveling for over 20 hours and really needed a place to rest! 」

「Our group of 9 adults (from USA) had a wonderful stay at Hotel Columbia over the Christmas holiday. From the moment I made our reservations last fall, the front desk staff was responsive and helpful in planning dinner reservations and offering all sorts of advice for first-time visitors. One we arrived, they were ready with a smile and a "buongiorno" or "buonasera" whenever we passed by the front desk. The hotel is conveniently located 5 minutes from the Rome Termini (trains, buses, etc)...

「Very clean and comfortable room. The breakfast room is always open so one can get a coffee or pastry or fruit any time. Apin, the proprietor, is super friendly, helpful and available. The location was excellent - walkable to the train station. 15 minutes to the Colosseum. Maybe 20 minutes to Trevi. 50 minute walk to Vatican. There is a good restaurant next door and lots of other restaurants and shopping nearby, I was concerned that there was no "reception desk" but Apin provided...

「這間飯店待了三個晚上，最大的優點是離車站很近，步行十分鐘內可達，公車或地鐵都非常方便，很喜歡飯店附近的一家甜點店DAGINO，很多義大利甜點可以選擇。但房間設施有待改進，半夜會發出『兜兜兜』的聲音，而且我換過房間，前後兩間房間都有這種聲音，不知道是熱水器還是什麼發出的聲音，還有浴室熱水非常慢熱，備品不是很足夠。房間燈光過於昏暗，燈光調控的設施也不是很靈敏。不過飯店人員都很不錯，因為原本是離電梯太遠的最後一間房間，當我要換房間的時候，也很配合，打掃阿姨或工作人員幾乎都很熱情會跟你打招呼，房間清潔度也很好。」
