It was just a short drive from Huntsville which I wanted to checkout the next day. I grabbed a latte from the Mallard coffee place down the street. The staff was very friendly also!」

「Outside of Hotel does not look like the pictures. It is in not great area, hotel staff that helped when we got there was not friendly at all. We had three people and the room we had got was a queen with sofa bed. No bedding for sofa bed was in the room. Called down and asked for some and she basically told me I could come get it. I’m paying 140 for one night so I asked them to bring it to me, it came in a garbage bag. Was not impressed with the attitude of the staff. Room was clean . Breakfast...

「Our room was not clean smelling and carpet stained cigarette burns on bedspread. Next to laundry room was woke up at 5:00 am banging doors assuming it was dryers or kitchen cupboards from breakfast. They moved us to other side of laundry and that room smelled like pee. So we went back to the first not good room」

「Hotel is located close to restaurant options. Great decor. Restaurant on site, i didnt dine there but on mornings I did enjoy access to Starbucks latte made on the premises. Lobby was spacious and comfortable. Staff was pleasant and friendly ( not just ones you had to interact with, this is inclusive of staff you passed in the hallways). Markita ( hope i spelled that right) and the other front desk person ( her name began with V) were amazing. Friendly, personable and they definitely contributed...

「NOT the standard expected from a Best Western. Everything was in desperate need of a deep clean. The toilet paper holder fell out of the hole in the wall, the bathroom faucet wasnt secured to the sink, and the bathtub drain had to be propped open in order for the tub to drain. Breakfast was cereal and some weird “yogurt” like substance, definitely not anything ive seen before or wanted to ingest. There were 2 separate rooms that were unoccupied, the doors were left completely open all night...

「Dated, in need of a refresh. Grimy corners in rooms, etc. Sink slow to drain. Shower lever wouldn't go full to get full pressure. Coffee maker didn't work. Person at desk was on the phone the whole time during check-in. Liked that we could park right in front of the room, decent area for the dog. Breakfast normal hotel fare, not bad. Stayed here twice, probably will spend more next time to get a better experience.」
