The room at 66 dollars on a Sunday night was great. Very clean, smelled good, fairly comfortable bed. The breakfast everyone is raving about was not up to par for me. At 7:30 am, they were out of waffle batter, bread, sausages, apple juice, and only one buscuit remained. Twenty minutes later, just before I left, I went back to the dining area just to see if any of these things had been replaced. No. I never saw any staff checking on the breakfast items, and no one was working the front desk.

Remodeling was being done, but they were keeping it clean, quiet enviroment. I was not happy that the bedspread had holes in it.

The front desk was very nice , the overall atmosphere was good. When I came in the side door it wasn't lacked, that was a little disconcerting. People sitting outside of their rooms on the floors. Didn't feel as though the room was very clean. There was hair in the shower and bed. I don't normally complain, but just didn't feel comfortable.

Property was under renovation so there was construction dust and materials laying around. Staff was extremely nice and I’m sure that after renovations are completed it will be a wonderful hotel. Very convenient to all services. So other than the renovations being done the hotel was great. Affordable and over all a pleasant stay.

The room smelt of cleaner fluid. The bedsheets were stained. The microwave was dirty. We were shown another room which was only minimally better. We left and checked in at a Quality Inn. What a dlfference. We will never stay in a S UPER 8 again. We asked for a refund but now have to go back to Exspedia. You should do something to make sure that Super 8 does not get a bad reputation for hotels like this one.

This was the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. It smelled bad, had marks on walls that were brown (?!), holes left in walls, parts of room unpainted, corroded outlets…it looked like the room that time forgot. I was told the wrong time for breakfast and staff said it was over and there weren’t even a banana or fruit or a muffin they could give me. Everything was dirty. Do not recommend.

Checkin was simple and easy. Room was clean, although there was initially an oddly unpleasant odor in the room, when we turned on the air, the odor quickly dissipated. Bed was comfy. When we wanted to shower before bed, there were no bath cloths. Husband went to desk to request two. Was given one (stained) was cloth and more hand towels. We were exhausted, so we showered with hand towels. Location was convenient with food options within walking distance such as Panera, Chick Fil A, Whataburger and a few others. Would stay again. Hopefully with bath cloths next time.

Not worth it

Room was super hot. Took forever for AC to cool room. Stains in carpet, holes on walls. Lamps wouldn’t work. Phone didn’t work. Only gave us a small bar of soap and one small shampoo for 5 people. Very dusty, and AC made a loud noise the whole time.
