El lugar estaba impecable, exactamente como en las fotos —incluso mejor en persona— y contaba con todas las comodidades necesarias para una estadía cómoda y tranquila. Se notaba el cuidado en cada detalle. That hotel was awful!! Run down, bad management, I felt like a prisoner now than a guest in that hotel. I'm never booking with Expedia again because it's always something!! I got bit up by ants in the hotel bed! Instead of management showing empathy and apologizing for my situation they were concerned with me wanting a refund!! Then apparently you can't have visitors! Something that I was never informed about. I am a professional model and my photographer only stopped by to pick me up. He wasn't going to be an overnight guest. It's crazy! I've never heard of sick thing for adult accommodation. That place is ran by frugal foreigners who have no customer service skills! Even when I showed them my neck and the picture of the acts they still denied it was their issue!!! Yes, I thought it was just a mosquito bite at first and didn't alert them right away because I had to leave for my shoot. I have pictures before I left the hotel and when I came back where you can see the huge swelling bites on my neck! Never again!!!

Great hotel for the money you just can't beat it. I stayed in all of these up and down University and this one is definitely got my approval. Friendly and helpful staff. Only shortfall and says it's just a terrible location. Would not recommend bringing the little ones.

Very poorly done renovations, poorly cleaned, and lots of shady people in and out of the hotel at late hours. Groups gathered in the parking lot which made me uncomfortable taking my children in and out. No amenities. WiFi was in and out our whole stay. Extremely flat pillows and when asked for extras were lectured about not allowing extra guests in the rooms. Didn’t have enough towels in the room. It was very loud at all hours of the day and night which seemed ridiculous considering I didn’t see a single child my entire 3 night stay. I didn’t expect a 5 star hotel at the price, but I’ll never stay in the area again after feeling unsafe during this stay. 3 cop cars and an ambulance were present at the hotel as we were leaving for dinner one night. Again I have stayed at some “cheap” hotels in my life but this place needs shut down or completely new management. They also took an additional security deposit which I felt they should have paid me a security deposit just to stay there! We’re not from the area and traveled 9 hours to visit a sick family member in a local hospital. It was a real let down to spend downtime in such a overall nasty hotel room, especially with my children. If it weren’t an emergency situation where we made the trip last second in a rush and in a pinch (we’re low on money because we’re planning a wedding) I would have walked right back out. Totally appalled.

The good the bad and the ugly

The good: room was clean, front desk staff was accommodating and helpful with our two extended days, were friendly, and made sure to let us park under cameras. Room was also clean, though a little barren. Housekeeping gave us clean towels but insisted we give them the dirty ones immediately— odd but an easy fix. The bad: you could hear every step in the hallway. the lock on the door looked like it was caved in, the caulk around all the bathroom appliances were brown, and when you hit the switch by the door It turned everything in the room off not on (and that includes the tv and bedside lamps). One morning we came down to the front desk attendant either watching porn or looking at graphic photos, not really wanting to figure out which. The ugly— some lady was screaming for help in the hallway and the front desk did nothing about it that we are aware of. She started with regular screams and devolved into help me screams. Since we were traveling it was best to stay locked in our room but we tried to call the desk but the phone wouldn’t work.
