「Room was clean. Hotel is new. Staff was very nice. Location was great. 」

「Dated, in need of a refresh. Grimy corners in rooms, etc. Sink slow to drain. Shower lever wouldn't go full to get full pressure. Coffee maker didn't work. Person at desk was on the phone the whole time during check-in. Liked that we could park right in front of the room, decent area for the dog. Breakfast normal hotel fare, not bad. Stayed here twice, probably will spend more next time to get a better experience.」

「Booked super last minute as driving through the night, was met with super welcoming staff. Very helpful. The whole property was very clean and well taken care of. The rooms were nice and very clean. The bed was so comfortable, I didn’t want to leave!!」

「NOT the standard expected from a Best Western. Everything was in desperate need of a deep clean. The toilet paper holder fell out of the hole in the wall, the bathroom faucet wasnt secured to the sink, and the bathtub drain had to be propped open in order for the tub to drain. Breakfast was cereal and some weird “yogurt” like substance, definitely not anything ive seen before or wanted to ingest. There were 2 separate rooms that were unoccupied, the doors were left completely open all night...

「Our room was not clean smelling and carpet stained cigarette burns on bedspread. Next to laundry room was woke up at 5:00 am banging doors assuming it was dryers or kitchen cupboards from breakfast. They moved us to other side of laundry and that room smelled like pee. So we went back to the first not good room」

「Simply listing facts: The lobby was surprisingly nice. Both evening staff and morning staff were semi-asleep at the desk. Both were respectful. The room (117) door weatherstripping was mostly missing. Allowing air & outside noise easily thru. Huge stain on the chair. Bathroom door would not latch. The tub/shower was wornout. Looks like it may have been painted previously. Ample supply of tp! Walls did not stop hearing the man snoring in the adjacent room. Ceiling did not stop hearing footsteps...

「Breakfast the first morning was ok. The second morning, things hadn’t been restocked and the offerings weren’t appealing. The room was clean but the beds were just uncomfortable. My biggest complaint was the fact that the females working on both days were loudly talking on speaker phone in the back office and in the breakfast area. Sometimes I overheard complaints they had about people staying in the hotel and other times the conversations seemed centered around her cleaning up the breakfast...
