"The room was absolutely not clean. It was very worn down and had several broken things in the room. People were playing music outside the room for hours.. and the entire thing smelled like weed… But the parking lot was super well lit which was helpful when leaving at 3am for my flight."

"HIE Huntsville West was great for us. It’s close to where my family live, any of the shopping we might want, and the kids loved the pool. And at the end of the stay, when they found my water bottle in my room after we checked out, they called before we got far away and had it ready for me at the desk. Room was comfortable, the A/C worked REALLY well, and the breakfast area was always clean and well stocked, and the ladies there were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there again!"
