The staff were very kind and accommodating when we arrived before our check in time. I will have to say the pool left a lot to be desired, the hot was in disrepair, and the pool desperately needs to be resurfaced and repaired. All in all, though I will continue to stay here because the remodeling that they have done has been quite nice.

This my go-to for stays in the Huntsville area. Clean, quiet, any minor issues are adressed immediately. Breakfast is consistent, pretty much the same thing every day, but for a complimentary breakfast it's not bad at all. Good experience all around.

The room was fine and staff were friendly. The building could use touching up on peeling paint. I booked for a hot tub and was informed the hot tub was broken down and unusable. It was very disappointing. The bed however was very comfortable. They could use a channel guide for tv in room. Overall good value for money

The room was cleaned, did not have room cleaned by choice had a hard time getting towels from front desk, Staff workers at desk was not nice to the guests. The guy that does the breakfast is the best food was excellent. Will make this hotel my last choice if I had to visit here again.

Our flight was delayed several hours and we landed at the airport a little before 2am (check in stops at 2), I called before boarding to let them know and they were super kind about it. I also called when we landed to make sure they knew we were still coming. The lady at the desk was so kind and even changed our room to an indoor room after noticing it was a mother and daughter traveling (no idea what the crime rate is around here, but it felt nice that she cared). The ONLY reason it doesn’t get 5 stars all the way around is because it is an older building and you can tell, despite the upgrades. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn’t work and there was a mild mildew smell. But I am from Utah and we have no humidity. None of that was a deal breaker for me. Would definitely stay there again!

The room was lovely, even if it was a bit humid from the rain. Everything was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was delightful. Front desk staff was super kind—even allowed me to borrow a phone charging port as I forgot one. Very impressed, overall.

I booked this hotel for an overnight getaway and chose it specifically because it listed a hot tub. I was so disappointed when we arrived and the hot tub was empty. Otherwise, it is a decent place to stay. Close to many restaurants and businesses and to the airport. It was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the on-site restaurant and breakfast the next morning.

Check in was a breeze. The hotel is older, but in the process of being revamped. Our room was very clean and quiet. My husband and I even mentioned how it seemed like we were the only ones there because it was so quiet. All of the staff were super friendly and nice. The breakfast was good. Plenty of selection. It was also being monitored by the staff so there was no items running out, etc. The hot tub was down during our stay, but we loved the pool. Again, it is older - but it was clean.
