"The whole property was beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and a good size. It also had a garden view and it was very peaceful. We were very lucky to have had Ali Velazquez as our concierge. She made our experience wonderful and took care of all our needs. She was very professional, friendly, pleasant and it was very easy to communicate with her. From booking à la carte restaurants for every single night to answering basic questions we had. Ali went above and beyond making the whole experience unforgettable! There’s so much to do and see. The property is huge and there’s so many options to eat and try different cuisines. It’s very easy to get around either taking the little carts or just walking around. The spa was amazing and we spent a couple of hours before our massage enjoying all the amenities. It’s hard to choose a favorite restaurant or buffet. They are all different and delicious. The pools are beautiful as well and the beach is gorgeous. They also have free entertainment such as shows. I would definitely love to come back in the future! "

"Food was not so tasty, same stuff every day, not enough fruit and always short on some stuff Drinks and very cheap and weak and not enough stuff to serve the guests, always lines everyone, one big buffet to serve this amount of guests it’s really bad. Rooms are clean but smelled like mildew every day last 3 days of our stay was really bad because the whole resort smelled like poop and we had turn of our AC , the smells was coming through the vents and it smelled like something died, I would not be coming for sure We where allowed 3 dinner s but no reservation are available to some good restaurants on the resort We couldn’t swim at the beach because it’s all covered with seaweed No one was allowed to swim plus you would not want to because the beach area is small, water is dirty and full of black seaweed Not enough entertainment either Little boring Casino so small also Overall only rooms are nice and the landscaping was nice "

"This resort is very average and not as good as the dreams in Punta Cana. - it’s old and dated - the restaurants aren’t very good and they’re often closed - rooms need an update - the biggest complaint is that there’s two pools and one of them is used all day as a party. Constant music, people drinking in the pool all day (and never getting out to go to the washroom), - there are limited lounge chairs and they’re always “reserved by 7:00 am. - lastly and not someting the resort can manage but there’s a huge sargasm problem rendering tue beach and ocean a smelly mess. "

"The resort is located about an hour from Cancun airport. We dealt with Lomas Hospitality in booking. They are fntstic..on top of everything at the resort including your transportation. Resort staff is amazing…very friendly and beyond helpful. The room at the Suites side was very roomy and comfortable. We thought the swim up room would be fun but honestly we rarely used it. We were on second floor . The pool is directly below all the rooms. This is a PARTY pool. Loud music and games . It made it hard to sit on your balcony and enjoy the afternoon. The music etc was usually over by 5 or so but was really a problem for us. We were able to find a quieter part of the resort at another pool area which was great. There is little beach and the sargassum is thick,thick. They do their best on trying to clear it out but is an endless job. The smell can be quite strong at times. The restaurants are good and the bars pour a good drink. There are a couple of restaurants that do not sell wine by the glass…only bottles at a very high price. Found that to be odd. Sun and pools were wonderful. The Palms side of resort is quieter with most rooms not having ocean view. Enjoy!"
