"I really enjoyed the spa, beach, and pool. The facilities were very clean and well maintained as well. The events hosted by the resort staff were really nice too.
My first issue was the quality of the meat at the steakhouse and Mexican restaurants; the NY steak I had my last night was a disgusting, oily texture and had a massive sliver of fat, and the chicken/beef fajitas I had the night before were stringy. The fish on the other hand was incredibly fresh and the fruit was also delicious.
I also got the privileged upgrade and it was nice for the hydrotherapy at the spa but the BLoved restaurant on the beach had really slow and inconsistent service at times; sometimes I got the complementary appetizer and sometimes I didn’t, and I was often asked my order multiple times.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay but food and service was hit or miss sometimes."
