"This resort was GREAT. Had a wonderful check in experience; The room was ready in a timely manner and they fulfilled our request of a king bed. The room was up to date and clean; Looks just like the photos and very spacious. All amenities you would expect are available in the rooms. The staff are friendly, informative, and NOT pushy to sell you things. They are very great about offering you experiences but respecting your boundaries. Alfred, Peter, Katya, and Omar were all stand out staff on our trip. All of the seaweed makes the beach inaccessible but we traveled in July so it can’t really be helped. The amount of pool space makes up for that however! They have fun activities around the clock and performances as well. The things that I would say were only ok were the food and hydrotherapy. The buffet is very good but the restaurant food could’ve been better in my opinion and the hydrotherapy is a fun experience but only really for 1 day. We overall had such a relaxing time though, and its made us want to visit their other resorts! The beautiful scenery, modern feel, and native wildlife made the trip one of our favorites."
