Top Takegasawa Park Hotel Reviews

Yukairou Kikuya

Yukairou Kikuya

10/10 Excellent
"Situated on the banks of a river/rapid. Was a wonderful experience and would highly recommend. 1 night was plenty to experience the amenities, baths and meals. More than 1 night stay may be good if someone wishes to explore the little town surrounding areas, however for staying only at the hotel 1 night was perfect."

"The staff were always attentive and made us feel very welcome. The meals were made with plenty of local organic ingredients and were absolutely delicious, but considering the large number of non-Japanese guests, I felt there could have been a bit more variety."

"The hotel was lovely right on the beach the pool was nice although not deep and closed at 5pm , which was usually the time we wanted to use it after a day exploring. The food at the hotel was ok but limited choice unless you like seafood."

"We loved our authentic Japanese vacation stay. Fireworks were a surprise we had not expected. Buffet had a large variety of choices although I am allergic to shrimp and do t like seafood so it limited me. I was still able to find enough to eat each day. Onsen was a new experience for us being Canadian but now we love it and will miss this relaxing ritual."
