"The hotel made a good first impression overall. One thing we found a bit unusual was that the reception and check-in area were located on the 22nd floor rather than the main level. The property also featured a charming church on-site where weddings were held, which added a unique touch to the hotel.
The breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of options to choose from each morning. The bed and pillows were average—comfortable enough, but nothing particularly memorable.
Unfortunately, our biggest issue involved misinformation from the hotel staff regarding our flight. Due to the approaching typhoon, we asked two different staff members whether our flight had been canceled, and both confirmed that it had. Based on this information, we extended our hotel stay. To our surprise, we later received an email from the airline asking us to check in for our scheduled flight, indicating that it had not been canceled after all. This situation was frustrating and resulted in unnecessary stress and additional expense.
While the hotel had several positive aspects, our experience was overshadowed by the inaccurate information we received regarding our travel plans."
