「住宿環境不錯乾淨 也蠻大的 不過距離川崎駅需要走路 一小段， 如果行李不多不趕時間的話，當作散步是不錯，是住宅區裡面，一樓有喝不用錢的 不同口味的清酒還有啤酒」

「十分滿意的入住體驗！推薦！ 客房寬敞，設備稍舊一點，但很齊全、整潔。 酒店位置非常便利，附近餐廳和購物點很多，樓下是郵便局，如要寄運物件等也很方便，最重要距離自由之丘站也是2-3分鐘步程。 職員友善熱情，也很盡力滿足客人需求。 唯一不足之處是沒有自助洗衣，附近也沒有coin laundry。」

「As English only speakers we really enjoyed our time at BaliAn even though most of the staff spoke only a small amount of English. They really looked after us, and with the use of Google Translate we managed to get things sorted out very quickly. This is a really lovely hotel, quiet and great to get away from the busy hustle bustle of Tokyo.
