My home away home. Convenient location easy access to Haneda Airport. I have tried most of the room types. Rooms with courtyard view have a washing machine and microwave. I like having separate room for shower booth and toilet in these rooms and communal bath is always clean.

Amazing service and location! The staff were helpful and spoke English if needed. There is a private onsen for the guests. The only thing is the entrance is unsuspecting and easy to miss in the dark being that it's just a black door!

The hotel restaurant staff were not friendly or kind. I was rushed through breakfast service. I was told by the front desk staff that breakfast service was till 10:00 am and they were rushing everyone dining to be done by 9:30 am.

Although this property is not downtown it is very close to many shops and restaurants. The staff is beyond helpful. We had a wonderful time and would stay here again at our next visit to Tokyo
