「Ok. So. The Hotel Steyne is right on the beach at Manly. The location is its biggest drawcard. The staff are also really helpful. The downsides are as follows: 1. Very old property. Paint peeling off walls etc. old carpet. Just generally badly kept 2. The aircon just doesn’t work. 「Perfect location, gorgeous views and free parking. This was the perfect place for our family holiday. We enjoyed the proximity to the local cafes and shopping, the large balcony and being able to listen to the ocean from all rooms! 「The staff are reallt friendly and super helpful! My room was ready early, so i could book in and catch some sleep. Really clean room, faculities clean and well serviced. 「Very stylish boutique hotel which situated on the second floor or a bar & restaurant. However, when we first entered our room we found out the room wasn’t ready and it seemed like it had not been properly made up by the staff. 「The cleanning service was concerned! The used towels were not discard, instead the staff put it back to the shelf and pretend to be a new one. bed sheet was not changed for consegative 4 days! the toliet paper was not refilled! And one day a staff kicked our door for cleaning service at 8 am, does it make sense? Besides, as flights will fly near the hotel, the noise is disturbing. The only advantage if the hotel is it is really close to metro station. 」
