「We had dirty linens and toilet in our first room and I called the service desk and the manager got us a new room and even ran new room keys up to us. She was very apologetic and dealt with the issue immediately. Excellent customer service 😊👍」

The rooms were kind of outdated and the beds weren't great, also really creaky. Our shower was out of shampoo, but I had brought some along. overall our stay was good.
