「Beautiful room, comfy bed - very clean. On-site restaurant was quite good, with very friendly staff & beautiful views of the city and sunset. Across the street from the water, but away from the noise of the city - 2 blocks from the Belize Museum. There was a little noise during the day, due to major construction - to add rooms, a pool and a workout gym - but never an issue at night.」

「Everything was lovely. From the beautiful property grounds to the customer service we received from Sheradon (I apologize if I butchered her name) upon our arrival. When I go back to Belize City, I will be staying at the Palms again. 」

「Property allowed us to check in late which was very kind of them. However, the property is old & run down. The hotel don’t choose their guests, but the ones next to us were extremely noisy with the TV on very loud leading to a poor night sleep due to the very thin walls & adjoining door not stopping any of the noise. Conveniently near the water taxis though」

「This hotel is located about 3-4 blocks from the main part of town (swinging bridge and Sprinter Ferries. The hotel worked fine once we figured out how the controller for the AC worked. We spent 3 nites there; 1 at the start and 2 at the end of out trip our 12 day trip to the cayes. Wondered around town, museums, etc. Not much going on in town. Tried to organize a SCUBA dive but that did not pan out as they always need a minimum of 4 people to go. Which is why we spent all our time out on the...

「Just not really worth it. Staff are great, breakfast is real good, even the owner is nice. But, super expensive for where and what it is. Pictures somehow make it all feel bigger even though they’re accurate. Neighborhood is bleak, and the few restaurants in the area happened to be closed all week for Easter.」
