The hotel is in a good location, safe neighborhood, right next to Publics grocery store for convenient shopping if necessary. We stayed for a concert at Marion Jones Stadium & it was nice to get back from the show and have cold beers available for purchase. I was late for the buffet breakfast but it looked like it had good variety. Didn't make it to the rooftop to see the views. The shower was a bit wonky because you had to hold the shower head & it was very narrow. Also you had to use the key card so the electricity would turn on, so when you left the room, the fridge would turn off, making it pretty unusable. The staff were all very friendly and even let us check out late after our long night of partying. Great option for the price while visiting Belize City.

This is a good property that I would stay at whenever I'm in San Pedro. The location is excellent and the staff is friendly. It's just 3 minutes walk from the water taxi. It's not a luxury property. It's a clean, simple place to stay. The pool is a nice addition. It's walking distance from downtown if you feel ambitious. I walked it a few nights and got my steps in. The beach is also super close. I recommend this place.

I booked here because it had a gym and i like to workout after a day of traveling, only one of the treadmills worked, it was dirty and in very poor condition. The pool area does not look like the photo, it is old and in need of repair, it is surrounded by folding tables and assorted plastic chairs. No hair dryers in the rooms, i had to wash ,my hair in the sink because there was no hot water or water pressure in the shower.

Doesn't really look like much from the outside, but our room was decent. Speaker on tv was muffled and our tub drain barely worked. The staff was so amazing!!! Simple breakfast, pool - but was too cold to get in. Gym. Parking in front and back of hotel. Good hotel if you're on a budget. Would stay there again.

First of all, they didn’t have hot water and now I have a pain in my neck and it’s running down my shoulder because I had take cold water shower also I told them about it they said that the owner knew about it and I would like to be refunded for the pain and suffering I have endured .

Airport shuttle was not arranged. They asked me to whatsapp somebody but they never responded. However the stay was good. Big supermarkets either side and some restaurants walkable. Can walk to town centre. My tour to Altun Ha never arrived so Janny at the front desk called around and managed to book a tour last minute. Next day my Lamanai tour was late and she called to tour company for update. Janny was very helpful talking tour operators after the first one cancelled. Breakfast varies per day from various cooked dishes. If you have early tour pickup you can miss out as does not start till 7.30am

The room was fair but a bit run down. The staff was helpful but there really wasn’t a restaurant and nothing nearby. The staff made us a burger which they didn’t have to do. The included breakfast was fine and served buffet style.
