"The hotel was nice looking and had good historical value. It’s in a good location. The cleanliness of the room was average to above average. The beds were not good. Solid hard foam mattress. Very uncomfortable. The staff was there to do a job but really did not succeed. Not too friendly. Seemed to be a younger / inexperienced staff. Upon check in really no information was given. Had to ask for the complimentary bottles of water. Breakfast was ok and was served between 7am and 9am and not complementary. The thermostat in the room wasn’t operating. The hotel regulated the temperature. Pretty warm. Front desk suggested to just open the window. I would rate our overall experience a 3."

"Clean, good parking, cute decor"

"Parking was $30 a day weather you use the Valet service or not to park at the hotel. Covered and secure so not that bad, Staff was ok except for one of the desk workers that told partner to go smoke by the dispensary because it was monitored. He took offense to saying the homeless were aggressive when begging for smokes. Hotel had no baggage carts but they valet allowed us to use even though we did not use their service. Breakfast was good most days the potatoes were always cold but the eggs hot. Clean enough lost hot water the last night there, good location to walk the Salem area. Good food located close, heavy homeless population, Fire department close and busy hope you like sirens. Overall good location ok food would go back. Also the A/C sounded like a UFO taking off when it came on, noisy as hell."

"Hotel was literally brand new and I loved how good everything smelled - new and clean. Staff was wonderful. Only issue was towels and sheets were so new that all the fuzzies came off on us. They need to be washed a bit more but smelled clean so we’ll take it! Parking is near a dispensary so that was not too great either…..but the hotel, worth ever penny!"

"There was hardly ever anyone on staff available. On Thursday night the music from the bar was too loud to sleep and then people were talking loud in the common area past two a.m. and there was no staff to quiet them down. The room was tiny and with only a small window that you had to be on a stool to see out of. "

"Very nice all the way around. Beautiful room and our king size bed was very comfortable as were the pillows, All of the staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful."
