「The water was cold, I stayed 4 days. Requested my room to be serviced no one came. Requested service the next day from house keeping. No one never came. The a/c wasn’t working properly. The only thing that was good was the breakfast. I did speak with the front desk. They didn’t have any clean towels. I spoke with a manager via text. She said she would follow up. I haven’t heard anything else.」

「The staff is very friendly and informative. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The pool had privacy from the road and surrounding businesses. Towels and pool noodles were provided by the hotel. I don’t think the pool was heated which didn’t bother my granddaughter in the least but us older folks found it too chilly to completely enjoy. Our room was well stocked with towels and toiletries. I would have preferred a real door on the bathroom but I understand it was for esthetics and served as...
