"The hotel was located near the Broadway shows we were seeing and convenient to many activities. The room was clean and the staff was helpful. The heat/air unit in the room was extremely load. And at times, it was difficult to catch an elevator. We had to run down 15 flights a few times as the elevator never came."

"This is located pretty centrally, easy to get to Times Square and theaters. Lots of places to eat nearby. Close to bus stops. The property itself is a little worn. Bathroom was small, the shower pressure was nonexistent, and hard to control temperature of the water. There is a kitchenette with a good fridge, but no utensils or cups/plates. Its workable however not sire the cost was worth it but NYC is expensive so you are likely paying for location than amenities"

"We had an excellent time at Hyatt grand central. The hotel is in a convenient place to commute anywhere in the city . Most of the attractions are walkable distance. No complaints. Just a suggestion about the food market . The staffs could have been bit more nice and communicative ."
