「Very luxury and clean rooms」

「The hotel is generally very good and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is good with plenty of choice, and the location in Nişantaşı is excellent. There are many cafés, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. The staff were always very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The only major downside is the sound insulation. Unfortunately, you can hear almost everything from neighboring rooms – conversations, footsteps, doors, and even videos...

「The hotel is located in one of the best areas of Istanbul. Traffic makes reaching the hotel a little difficult, but there are many shops and resturants as soon as you step out of the hotel. The staff were very polite and very helpful, especially Sina at the reception.」

「The residence is located at a great neighborhood with lots of grocery and food options nearby, although the nearby restaurants (especially in Nisantasi) are a bit overpriced compared to central Istanbul. My favorite food go-to nearby was Besiktas, which was a 20-min walk and the prices were more reasonable. The residence staff were very helpful and highly responding. There's no routine housekeeping, but they will provide the service when requested. The apartment we stayed in was well maintained...

「Great Turkish breakfast spread. Staff are very gracious and helpful. Bell man go far beyond to help guide us for touring the city or taking the Metro.」

「I liked the breakfast. The room was not getting cleaned properly and although we objected to the manager, we did not get any clear response and immediate action. In fact, our concern was not addressed and acted on. The breakfast was great and location of the hotel was also in the center of the city close to Metro and shopping area. I and my partner will not be returning to this hotel in the future.」

「Stayed at Lampa Design Hotel. The staff were very helpful and welcoming, and the hotel is clean, cozy, modern, and in a good location. However, the room was a bit small, and the shower space was extremely tight. There was no toothpaste provided, no English or Arabic TV channels, and the breakfast was very basic. Overall, good for location and hospitality, but the comfort and amenities could be improved.」
