"I would like to thank the staff; they were very helpful and friendly, especially Gohkan and Ayhan. Even Mehmet from housekeeping was very kind. The rooms were very nice—especially room 703, which was amazing and had a stunning view of the Bosphorus. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for wedding shopping."

The hotel is located in one of the best areas of Istanbul. Traffic makes reaching the hotel a little difficult, but there are many shops and resturants as soon as you step out of the hotel. The staff were very polite and very helpful, especially Sina at the reception.

Both my mother, Nazan Andersson, and I always choose Glens Palace whenever we visit Istanbul. It is the best hotel, with the best location, excellent service, and situated on the best street, Nişantaşı. I highly recommend Glens Palace to everyone. The hotel is impeccably clean, and the service quality is outstanding. The staff is also fantastic…Rozeline Elzain

Upscale & special hotel in the heart of Nişantaşı

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It’s beautiful and perfectly located in the heart of Nişantaşı on a lovely street. I traveled alone to Istanbul this time, and as a woman, I felt very safe and truly welcomed. Erdem and Mehmet were always friendly and smiling while serving a delicious breakfast :) And Nurme was also so kind and service-minded. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I will definitely return to this hotel. Thank you!

Although the Lobby is very small but the rooms are very clean and our room with a balcony was very spacious with a semi bosphorus view . The bathroom was big and had a great shower. The only problem was the hot water takes a lot of time to reach the faucet in the shower. The staff is great very helpful and breakfast is delicious with a lot of variety. Will definitely go again.

The hotel is immaculate and quiet, the staff is unbelievably nice and helpful. They arranged easy transport to and from the airport, coordinated with Turkish Air for the delivery of my lost bag, and had great local recommendations. They even spontaneously offered a late check out to coincide with my ride to the airport. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet but with great restaurants and shopping nearby. As a woman traveling alone, I appreciated how secure and comfortable I felt at this hotel. I highly recommend Glens Palas.
