"This hotel is situated in a lovely small town and in my opinion it is the central hub of the area. This hotel had everything and would be perfect for a weekend staycation. The restaurant and bar attached had amazing food, seating and atmosphere. You could spend the entire day on the property enjoying the place and amenities. Our room was small but immaculately decorated. I highly recommend this stay"

"Another great stay at the Crown & Garter. Friendly helpful check in & room was very comfortable & spotless as usual. Had a meal with family in the evening & can definitely recomnend eating here - food is excellent, using local ingredients. Had bacon rolls to takeaway on checkout, which was a nice surprise. Looking forward to our next stay - we wouldn't go anywhere else when visiting the area."
