"The house was lovely and cozy, great size for our family of 7. Great location for Alton Towers. The arrival gifts were a lovely touch Only down point was the showers werent that powerful or hot , but not a deal breaker. "

"This is effectively a bedsit room in a house of similar rooms. The room itself was clean with sheets towels and tea and coffee sachets provided. The shared bathroom and toilets were reasonable and uncluttered. The carpets need a deep clean or replacement. Similarly replacement required if the old fridge which had rust on the freezer door and was frozen shut . The kitchen itself was adequate. Best thing was the reasonable cost and location in town plus good communication."

"It was ok the house was clean and modern but my room had some issues that were never resolved No blinds on the window.. then i found them in drawer Headboard broken Temperature knob for radiator snapped off"

"The staff was very helpful and friendly. But the house was unsafe and it was dangerous for fire no fire escape from the room. The room hadn't been readied there was no bed linen and it wasn't ready to go into so we had to wait for a hour. "

"Comfortable room to stay in but not cleaned properly at all. Shower head was also broken so difficult to shower. Will try again as still a convenient location to be in. "
