No hot water, no heating in accommodation. Was like 3 weeks before I made booking ( evidence from tenant who had been there for months). Why advertise a property with no hot water or heating in peak winter??!!
The description of facilities shared was small print on hotel.com site , so you can imagine my frustration on arrival
Accommodations caretaker not responding or returning calls for support.
Avoid the accommodation and all others owned by this firm … total fraud.
I expect compensation
