"The room was fairly clean, but the curtains were very old and didn’t block out the light from outside, and a light from the neighbouring property kept flashing all night long through our bedroom window. The bathroom had been refurbished and was clean. Breakfast isn't a full English breakfast, and it was OK, but there could have been more fruit options, and there were no cakes or yoghurts."

"Dock side view is debatable . You face the tabbco ware house (building site ) The hotel is stunning very clean amazing breakfast. Be warned if you want to use the spa / pool you should see if it is available before booking. As members staff use it in the morning and there is only space for 16 people. The staff for spa need to work on communication better."

"The hotel is a good location, just 10min walk from Royal Albert Dock. The town is also not far if you don't mind a slightly longer walk or just a 5min taxi The rooms are extremely clean and well kept. The hotel was fresh and tidy. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was nice with a good choice on offer at the buffet. Dinner is available however we didn't eat dinner at the hotel. Plenty of free parking which was a massive selling point to us."
