For cheap hotels & convenience of location from the coach station, I really didn’t have anything notable to complain about. Lift wasn’t working but we were notified. Room was small but clean and had what we needed for our nights stay. Only gripe we had is the tap/sink had a design flaw because if you turn it on max straight away, which is easily done, you get splashed. Otherwise 0 complaints for our expectations. Staff are friendly, especially the cleaner the following morning! Would book again if ever back in the Liverpool area.

The room and bathroom was spotlessly clean, nicely decorated, a huge comfy bed, couldn't fault it... The staff were lovely and friendly.. Easy to find, straight 15 min walk from Lime St Station

The outside building and inside stairwell is very shabby. I have believe this made be being used as a homeless shelter as well as a hotel. There was larger rooms which had washing machine and living quarters with glass doors you could see inside .with people using the facilitys inside.

Small box room only just fit the bed. Bed was very uncomfortable room wasn't very clean. Shower set the fire alarm of. Was no signs to show the way around the building from room to reception.

Awesomeness location. Just 10 minutes ish from the Docks. 10 Minutes ish from Line Street Station On a nice quiet lane with a pub next door. But few roads before are all busy but heard nothing. Was on 6th floor with the veiw.

It was a brilliant central location We were warned of no lift but had no idea how gruelling the stairs would be to get to 5th floor, partly as i live in a bungalow and have a bad hip Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and sorted a problem immediately on arrival following a booking problem with expedia

Its an ideal location for shops & bars, clean room nicely decorated, only downfall. No hairdryer & not great choice of tv channels. I know it wasnt the staff at hotrls fault that the lift was out of order, but being on the 5th floor was hard, the stairs were steep & narrow, hasten to say with bad knees. Which is why I've given an average rating.although a member of staff helped with my case. I would stay agsin if the lift was working or asked to stay on a lower floor & haurdryers were provided in the rooms. Other than that, the bed was comfy & the little luxury touches were appreciated.

Marks on the walls cig burns on the chair toilet ubend dirty but the rest of the room was pretty clean but very small and the view was not a view looked out of the window was disgusting. The stairs were dreadful different sizes I was only on the third floor but still you need to fix the lift not working

Arrived to find rooms only available on the 6 th floor, lifts not working and the stairs are narrow and steep. Mattress on the bed was a cheap sprung mattress, soon as I laid down on it you could feel the bed base underneath. Noise was also an issue

how do I start so I had to climb about at least I think it was about 100 stairs just to get to my room because the elevator it was up out of order then I got to my room found out the heater wasnt working so I changed rooms yet again because we're in the winter then the TV remote on the second one was not there so change rooms again that wasn't on had a little scout around a little around the hallways of stuff those holes in the walls floorboards paint peeing off the Floor and walls disgusting its stunk was not a nice place at all

I’m a 60 years old women (solo traveler) I was put in the 5th and the lift was broken I had to climb 10 flights of stairs 😱 The location was great and I can’t fault the staff very friendly, the hotel room are clean but it said the rooms had black out drapes but they haven’t

I would stop here again this hotel is ok for homeless people or immigrants to stop in I’d like to get my money back . I was ask if I had email about the lift not in working I said no and that I emailed say I’d like to be with my friends and family so was all together and we wasn’t . My husband , friend and my have problems with our lungs and my friend as a problem with her knee so we had a game going up the stairs up to the room so happy that we was on the 3rd floor I ask for a low one but didn’t give us one .

Clean room, staff courteous and helpful. Plenty of supplies, ie towels toilet rolls etc. Slightly difficult to navigate very steep stairs at the front of the building (lift was broke and had to climb to 6th floor) but staff told us to use back stairs which were much easier
