Great stay, perfect location for us. Room was great and very clean. Hope to be back next year
Beautiful building and gorgeous bedrooms very well decorated. Very comfortable bed. Two minutes from a very well known old fashion pub called Peter Kavanagh. 20 mn by walk from the center of town.
Nice big comfortable room....very clean and warm...ideal for overnight stay....
Didn't actually see any of the staff ....but then didn't need to....all was well.

The lady was wonderful, but the room is not all the best you get what you pay
Great location, and what a room. I very much didn't expect it to be that amazing. Absolutely lovely.
Breakfast can be taken as extra for £10 between 8am-10am.
Unfortunately, as we'd had a late night and didn;t get up till late, we missed out on this. But just up the road we found the Bon Cafe serving grgeous Arabic breakfast dishes and coffee. A great little find
Great hotel and the room had everything needed for my stay, there is a cafe onsite too. This hotel is walkable to/from the city centre, and also situated close to Liverpool Cathedral. I will book again when i am in the area
Great location to walk into the city centre. Parking is very convenient on the road in front of the hotel. Facilities in the room were all great. Self check in is expected which was very simple. We had a query when we first booked which the hotel answered quickly to our satisfaction.
Overall we would recommend to any family / friends who don’t mind a 15 minute walk through the Georgian quarter or past the Anglican Cathedral to get to the centre of the city centre.
Our room was on the first floor and had a great view of the Cathedral Tower. Overall, great value for money.
The room was large with high ceilings and 3 large storage cupboards. Ensuite bathroom was adequate, had instantaneous wall mounted water heater and semi-circular shower with 2 sliding doors. Bed was comfy. Anne was welcoming and easily contactable by phone.
Small basic cafe in the basement, open for breakfast.
Positioned on a busy road, about 30 min steady walk to Albert Dock, Liverpool One, Beatles Museum, bus tours and a short Mersey river cruise.
First time I have used a Dropbox for getting the fob. Worked seamless. Good room amenities. No contact info if something were to go wrong but thankfully nothing did.
Nice room with comfortable bed. Parking was easy. 10 min walk to restaurants and bars. Great for overnight stay

Instructions were spot on and room was good value for money.
Shower wasn’t in best state, with a curtain instead of a sliding door and the shower head couldn’t stay in place as holder was broken, so more like hosing yourself down instead of showering.

Great for Graduation
Everything was clean and tidy, a couple of little issues, but that was more to do with personal choices. The breakfast was really good value for money 8 -10 am. Its unfortunate that theres a 4 lane road out the front, and the police do like their sirens, but that cant be helped. Parking was easy right outside on the road. A little shop within 200 yards. We were there for a graduation, and it was a 5 minute to the Cathedral . Ann the manager, is fabulous and very effective and efficient. So big thanks to you all.

It was ok for our 1 night stay, but it was very tired and could do with a freshening up. That said it was in a great lication for what we wanted to do and the beds were very comfortable. The host communicated all necessary instructions for our arrival and departure in a timely manner. And I would consider staying there again in the future.
With a little attention to detail this could be a good place to stay. The carpet wasn't vacuumed well, the wallpaper was peeling, and the overall feel was sort of run down even though they claim it was recently renovated. The little cafe downstairs was nice. There is no other staff. It's like an air bnb where you get the keys from a lock box. We didn't really care for that.
Decent location. Free parking. Clean. Decor a little tired. Room door would only close fully from the inside so we couldn't leave valuables in the room. Mentioned to staff, was not fixed during our stay.
