「Was perfect」

「2 separate fire alarms, with evacuation of room, due to bugs getting into the hallway. No overnight manager onsite to organize evacuation. Guest had to call fire department. Noisy and ineffective wall AC. Only one light in the bedroom. Poor quality soaps. Door did not shut properly, needs reshimming. No elevator to second floor. Positive side, room was large but no sofa/ side chairs. Room was clean. Management gave a partial refund for the very unsatisfactory night stay.」

There is no place to work in the kitchen; there is no place to store any clothes in the bedroom and the toilet is placed right next to the shower when there is lots of open space next to it. 「This was an absolutely beautiful property and the accomodations were excellent. Spotless. The breakfast was way beyond my expectations. Mushroom and cheese omelette, with garnishes, yogurt, bread, cookies and excellent coffee. Lovely hosts!」

「I visit this place often, I’ve never seen and killed as many roaches / centipedes / ants in a room / especially one of the new rooms in this place before my most recent visit. I spoke to front desk about it and they said they’d go and spray my room - I believe they did since they cleaned the washroom as well but in doing so I had to take care of more bugs coming from the cracks in baseboards, they need to fill in the cracks.」
