「Nice clean room with two large beds very comfy and convenient to go to our event. Room was dark needed new light bulbs and they need access to the tv without having to remember a 5 digit code」

「Our stay on the 11th of June was excellent. The room was nice and clean; linen was fresh but the only thing that I took notice was the pillows need to be up graded. They were flatten out from use over the yrs, so I’m saying that, new pillows should be purchased. A small thing but it surly would go a long way. Please look into it. The pillow makes the customer feel more rested and Satisfied with the stay」

「Disaster.... was supposed to stay in Exeter at The Ranch House Inn. They had an A/C issue and was informed the day of my stay that they couldn'thave me. I spent over an hour on the phone with Expedia trying to make other arrangements. We moved 25 minutes away to the Whispering Pines Resort ( Motel ). 「Great place for couples, 3 doors away from the Avon Theatre. The rooms were modernized, clean and comfortable. The only issue is parking, but there is a public lot about 1/2 a block away, and the "parking police" tend to be lenient.」

「Nice one night stay. Bright, spacious, newly renovated rooms. Clean. Takes about 5 minutes for hot water, but good water pressure once it starts. Small table and chairs, new mini fridge and microwave were nice to store leftovers. Comfortable beds and pillows (just ugly quilts :), AC worked well. No deadbolt and no hair dryer but they will bring you one upon request. Helpful, friendly staff.
