"I was emailed the day before stating I could check-in at 3pm. When we got there the guy at reception told us no we had to wait until 4pm because that's what the original time said on my reservation. We had to go find something to do for an hour before we could check-in. When we finally able to check-in we were charged a ridiculous priced security deposit that was like triple the cost of what the room was!! There was no elevator, so we had to climb stairs with our luggage. The hallway was cluttered with fridges so we had to walk sideways down the one hallway to our room. Ugh the room! The toilet ran all night, we had to close the bathroom door so we didn't hear it. The curtains were falling off their track. There was some cabinet type thing sitting where you'd hang you coats so it was taking up space so you had to stand in the bathroom to open the door to leave. The beds were the only good thing about this hotel. They were actually pretty comfortable. Oh AND we also had to go down and ask for the wifi password because they never gave it to us, which was spotty depending on where in the room you were. Next time I would spent the extra money and stay at a hotel chain."

"We stayed one night to see a concert and spend some time at the casino. We had a great stay. Room and bathroom were a nice size and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the towels were a very good quality. We ate lunch at Johnny Rockets and had late night Tim Hortons (open 24 hours). The casino is large and there are plenty of machines to chose from. Free parking was a plus!"

"Room was clean. Staff at front desk was rude when we checked in. Breakfast was not very appetizing. Eggs didnt look like real eggs. Most items were empty when we arrived at 9am. The staff were very friendly when we checked out. Good location. "

"Had a wonderful stay. Second time staying here. Our room was clean and fresh and the staff were lovely. The location is amazing. Steps away from the beach and right on the strip. Next time ill have to come during peck season and experience their new pool area. "
