「Clean room. Love the style of the room.」

「Fantastic stay!! Amazing value. By contrast I have since moved on to a new property state-side that is costing me nearly twice as much and is half as nice. The Sarnia Comfort Inn was terrific. So clean. Comfy bed. Quiet. Such kind and friendly staff. I can't comment on breakfast because it was served too early for me. Ending by 9:00 for someone on holiday was a bit much but I think they cater to a lot of working folk who are up and gone first thing. I didn't care as I am not a big breakfast...

「The property needs an update, the room needs a thorough cleaning and repairs. Some attempts have been attempted but either not completed or not successful at the moment. There should be new bed linens and towels. The bed pillows should also be cleaned or replaced as there was an odor. My assessment is that the property has seen better days and would be better served if they were more focused on improving the quality and appearance and then focusing more attention on the customer satisfaction.」

「The facility is a college residence during the year and provides inexpensive lodging during the summer. The problem I had as a short person is that the beds are very, very high so that students can store their gear under them. I asked the front desk for a stool and they did not have any. I was able to take a flat chair ( the desk chairs in the room were partial rockers) from the game and was this able to climb into bed. 「Staff were excellent in assisting with suitcases as we did not realize there was one staircase to our room. Rooms are very clear. We enjoyed the entertainment at the bar. All around a good trip」

「I booked for my mom as were relocating her down, the owners are lovely and you can see where they are doing renovations, I do believe the other rooms are renovated to what the photos look but the room we ended up with was at the starting stages of renovations, patchwork on the walls and minor aesthetic issues, but for the price and the care of my mom's wellbeing from the staff I can't really complain about the room not being like the photo. Would book again」

There were people smoking nearby, so it definitely didn't feel family friendly. The worst part was the service. It seems like only one person works there – all communication is done by text message.
