「No microwave or tea/coffee maker in the room. Had to walk outside to the next building to get that done. Rooms and grounds were very clean. no hot tub, pool was wonderful.」

「We were very disappointed in this facility after having seen generally positive reviews prior to booking. The building is old and very tired, poorly maintained. Our room had a leaky faucet in the bathroom, a sink in the sleeping area that wasn't operational, a stained toilet and just generally looked tired. We passed the front desk four times during our stay and there was never anyone there. At check-in (with no one stationed at the desk), there was a sign on the counter with a number to call....

「I spent 3 nights here at the Ranch house inn and the staff/owners were responsive to requests. The pictures are accurate and I believe it reflects a relatively recent remodelling. Internet was fast and there was a common area with Keurig type coffee/amenities. There is ample parking in the back. Since I used this as a staging ground for my weekend at the Grand Bend Motorplex, I appreciate how convenient exeter is. There was a dollarama down the street and restaurant options close by. If...

「Quaint boutique historical property. Very clean with unique furniture. Reception staff efficient and friendly. don’t forget to ask for a bucket of ice. No fridge. Wrap around porch gives all season view of Main Street with excellent food and extensive drink menu. Two indoor restaurants and new bar to choose from all with caring staff. A peaceful oasis.」

「We absolutely loved our stay! The bed and breakfast is in a perfect location. It’s just a short walk to shops and restaurants, so we were able to leave the car and explore on foot. The hosts are wonderful! They’re so welcoming, friendly, and happy to answer any questions, which really helped us make the most of our visit.
