「Great place」

「Staff were incredible and grounds immaculate. Shout out to the wonderful maintenance man (sorry never caught his name). Such a joyful pleasant soul - had his work cut out for him this morning opening the pool full of debris from last night’s storm. Absolutely a beautiful soul. Already planning next year.」

「The kiwi is fantastic, so cute and clean. That being said, the pool and hot tub area were pretty sad. The entire pool liner was lifting and the hot tub was dirty and cold. We weren’t there for the pool so this had no impact on us and we would definitely stay again」

「Place was nice. Staff were friendly. Our room was a decent size and right next to the parking lot. Breakfast was good but I couldnt get an omlette eventhough the menu said eggs any style. Our only issue was the mattresses for the bed and worse the sofa bed. They were spunges with no support. I have never had a hotel with terrible mattresses like this before. We couldnt sleep.」

「Motel experience for high end hotel prices. Beyond the beach access this motel style property was aged and not comfortable. They also do not turn over or even spot clean rooms even when we stayed 3 nights. It’s close to town and beach is nice / but not a nice place overall and the pull out sofa was horrible to sleep on with thin, sunken mattress. Definitely would not stay here again unless forced to by strong hotel demand in that area.」

「I had a great stay in this beautiful insanely landscaped guest house. The place overlooks a long stretch of a private beach & an amazing garden with plenty of seats & tables. The views are really scenic. It is around 12 mins drive from Grand Bend beach. The kitchen has loads of utensils. There is no property management on-site but they are available via texting & are very responsive. I would love to stay there again」
