「Too expensive for what was there.......Could have been vacuumed better....... coffee Kurigg did not work...... took forever to figure out how to run the TV with 2 remotes and no instruction sheet..And of course painting over blemishes and wallpaper peeling off the walls...... Was told there were only 3 rooms left - took a video of parking area- no one else was at the motel. Lady was most pleasant otherwise we would have walked away.」

This motel is an excellent choice in the quaint town of Palmerston in the heart of farm/mennonite Ontario. Close to restaurants and relatively close to other tourist towns of interest including Arthur and St. Jacobs. We recommend」

「New, clean property. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had in a hotel. All that’s missing is a pool and a hot tub. Was handy to downtown.」

「We were so impressed by Dreamz Hotel - the management has thought of every single detail to make sure you are comfortable. Everything was very clean, staff was always veey nice and willing to help, and the grounds were stunning - We have never stayed at a place where they put so much heart and soul into having a lovely garden with beautiful flowers, and swings, hammock etc. It was a beautiful touch. Thank you, we highly recommend and we will come back - it is beautiful! Irina」

「Had to call to the number provided to receive a code for the door. Not a big deal, but it did take some time, so I recommend to give them a call in advance for a smoother process. Other that that, everything was very clean, and the location was awesome!」

「The air conditioning unit in the room didn't work so we were very warm. As well, the towel rack was hanging by a thread on the wall so it would fall every time. Also, no elevator which I guess because it's a historical building they are not allowed to put one in but it's a lot of stairs.」

「Kim and the Chepstow in were amazing. She greeted us with a friendly smile and gave us all the information we requested about the area around the Inn and interesting sites to visit. She prepared an amazing breakfast for us and had it ready at the time we asked. All around an amazing B&B and Kim made the experience something I would recommend to anyone!」

「Newly refurbished rooms I believe. They were painting the outside. We never had a chance to check out the indoor pool but saw that it was much bigger than most hotel pools. The room was clean. Checking in was painless. Parking was plentiful even though we had to park off to the side as we were in a room upstairs. Comfortable ling sized bed.We stayed 2 nights on our roadtrip. I would go back again.」

「Pool not open. There are never any towel bars. Extremely annoying. Wouldn’t it be cheaper to install bars so guests could hang towels up and maybe you’d save laundry costs in the long run.」
