「We called down for tooth brush and paste and they never came. Also, 2nd day free breakfast had over capacity guests.. nowhere to sit and half the stuff was empty for a while」

「I was disappointed with the stay at Howard Johnson in Tillsonberg . It was certainly NOT the way I remembered the hotel chain from my past experiences. There was no coffee available in the room and for the price we paid for a night, I would have expected more for breakfast. I would not recommend this hotel to travelers.」

「Breakfast menu was fresh and very substantial- Parking is a snap - Staff was very efficient and helpful- Both floors ( hallways & rooms ) have been tastefully renovated. Current 401 construction makes it a bit tricky to get to the entrance - must come in via hyway 4.」

「I used a wash cloth to wash the table legs and the vent in the bathroom there was no plug for the tub (the provided one when I asked) there was no powder creamer in the room I was unclear when the breakfast was available (earlier would be better) there was no kleenex (typically this is expected) I needed to stay late and I recognize the extra charge for not checking out by 11 (charged 25 per hour late) the service checking in was fabulous!」
