"Nice clean hotel"

"I was disappointed with the stay at Howard Johnson in Tillsonberg . It was certainly NOT the way I remembered the hotel chain from my past experiences. There was no coffee available in the room and for the price we paid for a night, I would have expected more for breakfast. I would not recommend this hotel to travelers."

"The Inn is a lovely restored building set in beautiful grounds. The reception staff were very helpful, in particular when I realized that we had booked a queen size bed and were planning for a king. They graciously changed our room and didn’t charge us for the upgrade to a sunny west facing room. They also immediately provided us with a blanket and a pillow that suited us better. "I used a wash cloth to wash the table legs and the vent in the bathroom there was no plug for the tub (the provided one when I asked) there was no powder creamer in the room I was unclear when the breakfast was available (earlier would be better) there was no kleenex (typically this is expected) I needed to stay late and I recognize the extra charge for not checking out by 11 (charged 25 per hour late) the service checking in was fabulous!"
