Species simple room, nice bed, bathtub drainage needs to open. Lobby need to be clean, heavy carpet smell and dirt's found at several location. Plenty of parking, around's lots of restaurant and shopping mall. Not understand why USD 100 deposit while room rent paid in advance by credit card and this amount still not refunded.

The room was below any standard of any motel we have ever stayed in. When first arrived at 2 am. There was a sex worker in the lobby covered in urine and barefoot soliciting her services. The room itself was mid renovation with all the amenities falling apart. Paint was peeling off the wall, furniture was missing and obvious water damage. The beds were stained and the air conditioner sounded like an aircraft. The hallways had not been tended to in days. Bathtub is in desperate need of refinishing as there is chipped pieces and decay in tub. The place boasts recent renovations but there is no way it has seen a renovation in this decade. Would NEVER recommend to anyone. Pools nice though. Pool was nice but did not use due to the above reasons.

Property outside was so dirty.lots of garbage around and tones of cigarettes butt all over. Also a ross my patio door there was a garbage bin and 2 homeless was there to pull all garbage out searching for food. They open all garabage bag and keft all garbage all over across from my room in oarking lot. The service at the desk was excellent.

The property was just fine for a short stay. The reason I hated this place is that I was on a business trip and it is impotant that I have wifi for work and zoom meetings purposes etc. They advertise free wifi and I also called to confirm and they assured me they had excellent wifi. Well when it came time to use the internet with my laptop the internet did not work. I called front desk and they informed me that the internet only works with phones. Very weird why they would assume people wouldnt need wifi for their laptops . I mean most phones come with data . Really weird and cheap. Unless they fix the internet issue I will never ever stay there again.

I stayed there on the night of July 19th.This hotel looks nothing like the photos on their website. My toilet flushed itself. The bathroom overall was horrendous. The bathtub faucet pulled out of the wall when I raised the shower selector bar. The mounds of caulking around the faucet and the wall showed it was a known problem with a bandaid solution applied. Peeling drywall and mould also present on the tub and tile meet. The fridge had been pulled out of the cabinetry and placed alongside one of the beds. It was functioning. The fitted bed sheet of one of the beds had a green substance like fingernail polish in addition to a dime sized smear of blood. The sign outside had been torn down and not replaced. The base was a twisted three column pile of rusted pipe. Overall, the website is a gross misrepresentation of the hotel as I saw it and definitely my room. I want a complete refund.

The hotel is run down,in disrepair. I’ve stayed in nicer motels with hourly pay options. It was so bad that we checked out,got a full refund and went to another location. Don’t waste your time at Days inn London ont. Front seat staff were kind and gracious,but the hotel was gross.

My room was musty, literally only two towels. No wash cloths, no hand towels, air conditioner was unplugged, hallway carpet was filthy and literally had garbage all up and down the hallways and the stairwell. Disappointed.

The cleanliness of this place is horrible. We came in and there were random wet spots on the floor. Garbage and laundry sitting outside peoples door. Footprints left all over the place and that was before getting to the room. The room we had wasn’t great. The door latch didn’t really work properly and the whole washroom area was overall just not clean. In the second room we had there was mould behind the hairdryer. We didn’t feel comfortable staying there other than the night we got in. However the staff were great and helpful. We told them we wanted to check out and they gave us no problem and apologized for our experience.

The drapes and blinds were torn, the only window was a door to a balcony that didn’t open for our safety since there was no division between units, the two of the three lamps were broken, our “non smoking” room reeked of smoke, and the automatic air-freshener caused my friend to have a severe asthma attack

I would not recommend at all. The hotel smells horrible the rooms were nasty looked nothing like the photos on line. Our room had no lighting and the ac did not cool the room. Was then given another room (not they same sized beds) and there was towels on the floor under the ac and it was moldy inside ended up having to leave as they had no other available room. The area was scketchy and just over all made me uncomfortable if outside on my own.
