「The room microwave didn't work. The tub knob was broken and was difficult to use.」

「Clean room and functional Air conditioning is a good start. This location has plenty of restaurants around and is right off the freeway. I’d stay here again.」

「Well we actually did not stay here because of what I feel were unsafe conditions. We checked in they gave us our room key card, went to the room and there was someone asleep in the room. They had given us a room someone was already in. I didn’t feel safe staying there after that happened so we requested a refund and left. Still have not received a refund」

「The front door on my room 120 didn't shut all the way, it was locked and secured but at least a 1.5inch of door not shutting fully. Again, the lock worked (the dead bolt and the door one) but not the best feeling. Staff were pleasant and nice. Easy check in and check it process. Nice comfy bed, cool AC and nice TV. I'd stay here again」

「I will not be returning to this property. I specifically booked and paid for a suite with two queen beds and a sofa because our group consisted of six people and we needed the additional sleeping space. When we arrived, we discovered the room did not have a sofa at all—only two beds. Had I known this was the actual room configuration, I would never have booked or paid for that room. To make matters worse, the room assigned to us was a handicap-accessible room, which was not what we expected...

「Room was clean. Design of room is the worst ever . The TV is across room from bed so that you get neck pain trying to watch. From bed you're looking at the bathroom. AC blows directly on the bed, had to put chair in front of it. Can't turn shower on without getting floor wet. Bathwash dispencer was torn off wall and sitting on shelf. Walking down hall to room the floor gives under you and squeaks with every step making you think you will fall from 4th floor to first at every step. Breakfast was...
