「Very comfortable bed and the room was clean」

「I really enjoyed my stay at this property. It was safe, quiet, and clean. The staff are very courteous, thoughtful, and attentive. I found the rooms to be very comfortable. I slept very well.」

「DO NOT STAY HERE. WE FOUND BED BUGS IN THE BED. We left shortly after checking in. The desk attendant said he doesn't know how to do refunds and his manager will do the refund when he got back in office. I called and was refused a refund.」

「Nasty. We left and went to another hotel. Gaps in the door, reeked of smoke, blood on the walls, counters not wiped. We reeked of smoke after sitting in there for only 7-8 minutes.」

「I have been to more than 30 states in the United States, and this hotel is the worst. In order to save costs, since the pillows, jackets and sheets have not been changed, there are guests' hair and greasy black on the pillows, and the sheets have traces of burnt body hair and cigarette butts, the room is not soundproofed, and even a pack of coffee is not provided, we spend 83 dollars to live in such a terrible room. There's only $40 worth of service here, and it's rare for me to judge a service...
