We checked in thru Expedia, the staff was courteous, room clean and comfortable, breakfast was plentiful. Only draw back was the hotel had no hot water...we were there for only one night and made do...Expedia gave us a discount and it was fine.

We arrived early and asked if a room was available. There wasn't but the front desk attendant said she would do what she could, even though the hotel was totally sold out. Within an hour we had a room! Kudos to the hotel staff for accommodate our request.

This is the second time that my daughter and I have stayed here for a JSU registration event. Last time, I was disappointed that there was no hot water. But everything else was comfortable and clean. This time - top notch. Room was clean and bedding was crisp with very soft lines. Plenty of hot water and very plush towels. Great place to stay when visiting JSU.
