"This little boutique style hotel is so nice. It is pretty, the staff was amazing. The pool had plenty of seating. It is obviously older but has been updated and well maintained. The large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were an added bonus. Our room also had a washer/dryer combo which was lovely. Even though breakfast is not offered, there were fresh donuts in the lobby every morning as well as snacks, and drinks available. There were also complimentary snacks in our room. We also loved the keyless entry to our room. No more keeping track of keys. Plenty of parking, and several restaurants within walking distance as well as a convenience store and grocery store. Again, the staff was lovely! Friendly and very helpful. We will definitely be staying here again. "

"Got off to a bad start when given a room to stay in and it was not ready. We were given a new room, which smelled like crabs had been cooked in the room. We went out to see friends and when we returned it was better. Staff was trying their best. Just got off to a bad start. Will I tell friends to stay there. No. "

"Gym was nice but a bit small. Our room was fine but the couple we were traveling with were out in an uncleaned room that was very dirty. They were able to switch rooms but seems like lack of quality control. Pool was nice but they ran out of towels "

"Just 2 minor issues on our stay, We got in and tried to check in early. They said the room was not ready but they would give us a call when it was available. We sat by the pool for over 5 hours with a cranky 4 year old. We were up at 3am for the airport and we were all tired. At about 4:10 L walked over to the front desk to get an about date, and I was told the room was ready, and had been ready for some time. No phone call or text. The 2nd item was just a smelly refrigerator in the room. Previous occupants must have had something pretty bad in there, surprised it was not picked-up by housing keeping. Bought some Armour Hammer baking soda and made it work. Overall 5 star stay. Room was nice, grounds were nice, and with the exception of the "no call" the front desk staff was great. Will stay there again."

"The check in was confusing, they send a txt msg with a link. I have my phone set to filter unknown senders and didnt get the msg ahead of time. Once there, there is no one in the lobby nor instructions on what to do. I had ask a person walking by. Once I called their customer service they resent the link and I registered, which takes 3min to process. The registration process seems to purposely try to trick the user into clicking on a small non refundable damage charge by having it in big bold outline, and only putting large refundable deposit in small letters below. which are covered by the "accept cookies" screen. Once in the room there was a odd smell in it, the sofa bed was somewhat stuck and wouldnt close without extra help forcing it in. There was no extra sheets nor pillows for the sofa bed. There is only once trash can in the room, it was a small one in the bathroom. The closet hardware was held together by painters tape. Finally, the upstairs inhabitant could be clearly heard as they dropping things and ran around all night. Finally the bed and sofa bed had small stains on it. For a one night stay it was decent but I wouldnt return again."
