"Arrived to check in and was greeted to drink passes for happy hour and snacks/ appetizers. We scheduled our airport shuttle upon arrival, for the following morning. Room was clean, good water pressure in shower. Beds cozy and comfortable. We left prior to having breakfast. Shuttle was convenient, however, I was the only passenger to be dropped off at a different terminal. The driver unloaded passengers and all the luggage, including mine. He started driving back to the airport, didn’t notice I was still on the shuttle until I spoke up. He had to whip a u turn. Dropped me off, but no luggage. We then had to go back to previous terminal, hope my luggage was still there. We found it sitting in the road, next to the curb. Then had to get to my terminal. It was a bit frustrating to say the least. "

"Who give these reviews?!!! Aliens?! Martians?! The front desk lady was kind and it wasn't dirty… just old, raggedy, and worn-out!!! Seriously needs updating, so not very welcoming. NO - I wouldn’t stay again… even at $80. BUT if you’re just looking for a place to get some shut-eye, the beds were comfy."

"The hotel was very nice. The room was comfortable and clean. We only stayed for the night since we had a late flight and our destination was Tucson. Although not included they had a very nice breakfast buffet for $25 , or you could order breakfast. The staff was very nice. I would stay here again. I would love to enjoy the pool here. "

"Hotel is beautiful and I was surprised at the location and design with it being my first time there. Check in was a breeze and the lobby was so pretty with the waterfall inside by the cafe and front desk. The inside bar by the lobby was nice, had a great view and the staff working there were friendly, attentive, and great. We enjoyed food and drinks from the bar and patio and everything was tasty. It really gave a “resort” type of feel. Warning to anyone who hasn’t been, there are a TON of stairs if you plan on going to the pool and wandering around. The place also feels like a maze at times, especially at night. The bartenders at the pool bar were not friendly and barely gave any attention. I get that the timing is off at times but it’s the weekend and the least they could do is acknowledge patrons at the bar. I consistently felt like I was an inconvenience to them by being there and ordering. They would look up at me, all 3 of them, then ignore me. Maybe the bar is closing up which is valid, a little communication could help. After waiting a couple of minutes being ignored, I walked up to the upstairs bar to get drinks, no big deal. As i walked down, the bartender was helping others with new orders. Either you’re closing or you’re not right? And with those stairs, this was not an easy feat between the pool and bar multiple times. Overall I would stay here again, plan better when going to bar and pool, and I would just avoid the pool bar completely. Beautiful view and pool"

"Great hotel for being close to the Phoenix airport. Each to get to, and to leave. Outdoor pool was nice while we were there. Room is spacious. Easy to fit four people plus our luggage. The in-room A/C was VERY loud. Had to shut it down in the middle of the night. Staff at front desk was very nice and helpful."

"The room we stayed in had a fake eyelash in the bed, a little concerning if the bedding was actually cleaned before our arrival or if it fell off from whoever cleaned the room. Our fridge wasn’t working but maintenance was quick to replace it."

"I got a huge suite the size of a 1 bedroom apartment with full kitchen living room and bath plus the bedroom. Right by the pool. Biggest room ever I booked a basic room but somehow was given this. Excellent staff. I forgot my credit card in the room. The gal mailed it to my napa address the very next day. 👍👍👍"
