「Bad experience ! First night the heater was not working but the supervisor just gave us a portable heater which is noisy and bothering us all night . Luckily the next day we asked them to give us a new room otherwise it would be a disastor . Room cleaning is ridiculously every three days . We asked them to do room cleaning the second day morning but when we returned to hotel around evening , the room was not done cleaning at all . What’s worse is that the supervisor gave us a lame excuse ,...

「房間非常大 也有一張餐桌 簡單說就是一房一廳 而且鎖都是密碼鎖不會有卡片弄丟的問題 還有一個簡便廚房你可以有小bar台還能夠自己煮東西吃 另外有附贈燙熨斗的 房間內設備非常齊全 wifi 電視 netflix 交通也算不錯 雖然離市區有一點點距離 但是有一天把衣服放在床上時 客房服務後就把我衣服丟在地上 感覺不是很好」

「Very interesting older building. Quite a few stairs to bring luggage up to 3rd floor. First room was an attic room but it was quite big enough. Staff were obliging when I requested a room on a lower floor when i came back for a second stay. I also got breakfast included on second stay. It was lovely full Scottish breakfast too. Beds were comfortable & rooms were clean. 」
