「The hotel is newly opened, the designs are excellent with a great vibe. I made the booking knowing new hotel may have glitches and expecting some "surprises". It turned out to be true as my room had an entire electricity blackout during the night with the air ventilation also stopped functioning. It was certainly not a good experience to say the least. 「We stayed for 3 nights and on each morning we’d turn on the indicator requesting the room to be cleaned. No cleaning on the first 2 nights and we had to call reception to have housekeeping come in to change towels and clean the room. And even so the toilet was left uncleaned, the coffee cups were not washed, coffee pods not refilled. There were rust stains on the bathroom door, room not well maintained. 「The lady I dealt with at reception was so kind and helpful. The room itself was spacious, clean and modern. Perfect location and in walking distance to restaurants and cafes. Would stay here again. The outside of the property was a bit unassuming however it’s not really a big deal.」
