「I was told I would have a beautiful view of the lake. You could barely see it, just a glimpse of it through the trees. Which I really didn't mind so much. However, I was supposed to have a shower/bathtub combination, and all it was was a walk in shower, with no grab bars. Not very safe for seniors. The floor in the room was very dirty. 「We’ve stayed here several times over the years with a good experience. Not so this time. Room loud, no idea the source. Tried to call the desk, phone non-functional. Called using my cell phone, told they’d look into it tomorrow. Next day told that there is a broken phone cable affecting about 6 rooms-they knew about. Why do they fill the rooms. Breakfast area could not seat everyone. Overall very disappointing, we heard it’s under new management.」
