We have stayed here many times and this is the first time we did not give the Blue gate Inn 5 stars. The first night of our two night stay, the hot tub was not working which we were looking forward too. The second night of our stay, the refrigerator was so loud, it made it hard to sleep. While both of these might seem like minor issues, when paying premium dollars for a room, we would expect everything to be up and working properly. There was also an issue with the invoice which Blue gate claims I double booked. Even though, I 'never' received a confirmation on the 'double booked' room, I took them at their word. They did give me a credit for one night. My wife and I would honestly have to give serious consideration before we book another night here. The property and the staff were very good however. The breakfast was excellent.
