"It was ok nothing special "

"This hotel was not what I expected. Maybe I should have researched it better and read more reviews, but I really didn't enjoy my stay. It felt very unwelcoming from the start the fact you have to press a Buzzer to enter through a closed metal gate to get to the lobby to check in. Once checked in, you have to go back out the gate, walk through the parking lot around the other side of the building and enter what seems like a night club to access the rooms. We had to pass by what seemed like a bouncer type person who just sat at the door who also looked unwelcoming while watching us wrangle our luggage through the door. The hallways had an overpowering scent that smells like a mixture of pot, smoke, and strong perfume. This is definitely not a place I'd stay again"

"The staff were helpful! I ran out of decaf coffee in my room and the guy at the coffee bar provided me with a coffee at no charge. He made sure it was to my liking. What awesome customer service! He checked my room key to make sure I was staying there. "

"The strat hotel service was not good. I paid for my hotel room with a credit from American Express. When I arrived at the hotel check in desk the agent informed me that I have to pay the remaining balance of 169.00 and if I would like a room with a refrigerator and coffee maker for $20 a night. And a $250 deposit for the room.On Saturday at around 5 AM my remote control went out. I called Front Desk service left two messages. No one came and changed my remote. At 9 AM I went to breakfast came back to my room. A second remote was on the desk. It did not work. I called once again to the front desk around 3 o’clock. They sent someone and they fixed the problem. So did not like my experience at all."

"I got the cheapest room, it was old and a bit worn down but didn’t feel that dirty. Stayed Friday>Sunday and the club outside was extremely loud until 4 am. The lobby and casinos were active and the staff had great professionalism. If you want to have a wild time in Vegas on a budget but not be directly on the strip and don’t prioritize sleep, this place is great. Location is 10/10. "

"The room was nice and spacious. Had a working coffee maker and refrigerator. But the ac unit was insanely loud. Hopefully they replace them. Directly across the street from the Container Park woth food and entertainment. "
