「Patching and painting was rather amateurish. Otherwise very friendly staff!」

「Staff was amazing our entire stay, as well as by accommodating switching our ADA accessible room from a king to two queens when we decided to have our grandkids stay over one night with us. There was one glass shelf in the kitchen area that I kept banging my forehead on due to the placement of the shelf above the counter area which resulted in bruising. 「A clean, pleasant hotel with lots of light and friendly staff in the middle of little Leonardtown. I actually asked the front desk if they were new because of how clean everything was and they said they did a major renovation about 5 years ago. Easy (and FREE) parking across the street. Our room (a king bed) was clean and quiet. If we're ever in the area again, this is where we'd stay.」

「Didn't like the one hour wait to get the room...it was well after 5 to be assigned a room....the television in the common area of the room didn't work and staff was notified but no one came to fix it. The fire alarm went off early am and had to get up and the rowdy guess...well the police was there for them several times throughout the night.」

「Nice hotel. A lot of shopping and food nearby.」

「It is an older property. The room itself, although clean, had unfinished drywall parches on the walls. The bathroom door had a fist punch hole in it. The carpet had a section of a repair patch. Spots on the ceiling. TV had a few stations. The room had a musty type smell.. Other than that it was close to shopping and restaurants.」

「The property was recently renovated (April 2026). Beautiful!」

「It was a spectacular location, beautiful rooms and restoration of a stunning property, the owners Luciano and Susan are superstars, the staff amazing the breakfast was unbelievably and the ambiance was amazing! I was in Maryland for a wedding, I never thought I would return but I MUST come back and stay again!」
